Ronald Kendall - President
Our efforts are directed solely towards the development
of profitable hotels that provide an environment that genuinely welcomes our
guests and satisfies their wants and needs.
After a four-year tour in the U.S. Air Force, Ron Kendall enrolled in
college and supported his schooling by working as a hotel bartender at the
Holiday Inn in Randolph, MA. Working his way up the ranks at the hotel, in 1972, Mr. Kendall earned his first management
position. After completing graduate school, Mr. Kendall moved to Holiday Inns, Inc., where he held various positions, and
ultimately became the Regional Vice President of Franchise Operations and
Development for the Mid-west Region.
After departing Holiday Inns, Inc., Mr. Kendall became president of Diversified Hotel Management in
Boston, MA. In 1989, a partnership was formed with Mr. Kendall, Ralph Blum, and Benderson Development, which created
Blend-all Hotel Development. In 1997,the company became Buffalo Lodging Associates, L.L.C., after the sale of three
of the original four hotels.
As President of Buffalo Lodging Associates, Mr. Kendall has been responsible for growing the organization
from one property to a diverse portfolio of nearly 30 hotels.
He also works with corporate staff to ensure the operating hotels are profitable and provide the service and product quality
essential to the success of the organization.
Mr. Kendall has over 30 years of hospitality industry
experience along with a BA in Psychology from Bridgewater State College and an
MBA from Suffolk University in Boston.
