Cole Fach, a licensed Real Estate Broker, specializes in land acquisitions, entitlements, hotel acquisitions, and market feasibility analysis as Vice President Development for Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Fach has held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President of Real Estate for Chalet Susse International, Inc. As Regional Vice President for Sunburst Hospitality Corp., Mr. Fach was influential in the nationwide expansion of Mainstay Suites by Choice Hotels International.

Mr. Fach has an extensive background in Strategic Planning and Management Systems under the guidance and direction of the American Management Association and was a member of the second graduating class from the Disney Approach to People Management Program.

Mr. Fach is responsible for the growth and development of Buffalo Lodging Associate’s real estate portfolio through the acquisition of existing hotels and land development projects nationwide.

Mr. Fach holds a BS degree from the University of Denver.
