Buffalo Lodging Associates Names New President and CEO

Buffalo Lodging Associates is proud to announce Jeffrey Dougan as the new President and CEO. In this role, Dougan will be overseeing 48 hotels and a growing portfolio primarily under the Marriott and Hilton flag. He is based out of Buffalo Lodging’s corporates office in Canton, Massachusetts.

A thirty-year hospitality veteran, Mr. Dougan started his career in the Colorado resort markets working in numerous disciplines including: food and beverage, sales, recreation and general operations oversight over the course of 12 years.  Mr. Dougan’s career progressed to multi-unit operations with a move to Denver where he was appointed Area Operations Manager for Homestead Village overseeing both Colorado and New Mexico.  From there Jeff became Regional Vice President for Sage Hospitality Resources overseeing a diverse portfolio of hotels, then moving to Stonebridge Companies as Vice President of Operations.  Jeff joins Buffalo Lodging from his most recent position with Condor Hospitality Trust where he spent 5 years as the Senior Vice President and COO leading a growing hospitality REIT.

Jeff is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned a BS in Business Administration. He recently moved to Massachusetts from Colorado with his wife, Nancy.
