Buffalo Lodging Associates’ success is greatly attributed to the passion, commitment and determination of the hotel associates. A handful of the hotel management company’s hotels recently received brand recognition for all their hard work.
The Courtyard Sarasota University Park/Lakewood Ranch Area hotel was awarded with Marriott’s Platinum Circle Award for ranking in the top 5% of the brand in guest satisfaction for staff service, cleanliness, property maintenance and quality inspection.
The Silver Circle Award was presented to the following Marriott properties: Courtyard Providence Lincoln, Courtyard Buffalo Airport and SpringHill Suites Cleveland Solon. Hotels ranking in the top 20% of the brand in guest satisfaction for staff service, cleanliness, property maintenance and quality inspection receive this award.
The Choice Hotels Gold Award was presented to the Comfort Suites Universal Studios Area hotel for ranking in the top 10% within each Choice brand for achieving high marks measuring guest satisfaction, product quality, room condition, room cleanliness and staff service.
The Hampton CEO Light and Warmth Award is the highest form of team member recognition for Hilton hotels. This annual award spotlights 10-12 individuals who consistently go above and beyond expectation. Congratulations to Karen Ainsworth, a Guest Service Agent at Hampton Inn Springfield South Enfield, for this astonishing recognition.
Hampton Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway won the Mover and Shaker Award. Hilton semiannually recognizes the top 25 hotels with the greatest improvement (by %) in SALT scores which encompass guest satisfaction for overall service, problem resolution, problem avoidance and awareness of the 100% Guarantee.
Hampton Inn Ellenton/Bradenton received Hilton’s Circle of Excellence Award. This honor is presented to the top 10% of the brand for January to December’s Total Quality Score, which combines the scores from guest satisfaction and Quality Assurance Evaluation.
For the 4th time, Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview won the President’s Award. Each year, Carlson recognizes hotels with top scores in guest satisfaction, which is measured by guests’ feedback on overall cleanliness and consistency in meeting (and often exceeding) the brand’s product quality standards.
